Parent Date Night is a recurring event hosted by Bright Minds Academy, held every other week right here in Hays, KS. You drop off your child with our experienced, caring staff — and we take it from there.

Each event is crafted around a fun surprise theme with age-appropriate activities your kids will love. Our staff ensures every child feels safe, engaged, and entertained from start to finish.

No guilt. No worrying. Just you and your partner enjoying an evening out while we handle the fun.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver — Please Read Carefully

By registering for any Bright Minds Academy Parent Date Night event, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms, which constitute a binding legal agreement:

Acknowledgment of Risks: I/We acknowledge that the Parent Date Night event involves activities that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: participation in recreational activities and crafts; food service (allergy risks, choking hazards); movie viewing; and general supervision and care of children.

Release of Liability: I/We hereby release, waive, and discharge Bright Minds Academy (BMA), its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any injury, accident, or damage to my/our child(ren) or property during their participation in any Parent Date Night event.

Assumption of Risk: I/We assume all risks of injury or damage that may occur during my/our child(ren)'s participation in this event. I/We understand that BMA is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur, regardless of cause, and agree to hold BMA harmless from any such damages.

Parental Responsibility: I/We certify that my/our child(ren) is/are in good physical condition and able to participate in the activities planned. I/We agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns that may affect my/our child(ren)'s participation prior to the event.

Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, I/We authorize BMA staff to seek medical treatment for my/our child(ren) and consent to emergency medical care. I/We assume financial responsibility for any medical treatment required.

By completing online registration, I/We acknowledge that I/We have read this agreement in its entirety, understand its terms, and waive the right to pursue any legal claims against BMA for injuries or damages incurred during any Parent Date Night event. A physical copy of this waiver will be available for signature at drop-off.
